State still looking at Marion election complaint

The Marion County Board of Elections & Registration has confirmed that the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office has not yet closed its investigation into election complaints made by former Sheriff Horace Snider and former Deputy Kyle Snider.
While the Secretary of State has not released any finding or rulings, it has recently sent an investigator to Buena Vista to gather more information.
Below is the official statement that the local Board released on Tuesday.
On September 4, Secretary of State Field Investigator Glenn Archie visited the Marion County Elections and Registration Office. This visit was pertaining to certain complaints and allegations that had been received by the Secretary of States Office regarding the July 31, 2012 Local Election.
