Chattahoochee County High School is returning to the field for varsity softball this year after a five-year absence. The Lady Panthers are obviously lacking in high school level experience, but they are happy to be playing again.
In 2007, their last season, the Chattco softball team went to the State Tournament for the first time in the school’s history. This year they realize that the odds are against them, but they are working hard and improving with each practice.
