The Ellaville City Council recently voted to begin the legal proceeding on the condemnation of the complex of buildings on property owned by Angelia Sprott. The property is bordered on the west by Thompson Street, on the East by Spivey, and on the south by College Street. Most of the structures are in a dilapidated condition.
