The China Star Restaurant in downtown Ellaville has changed ownership. The new owners are Ming Hua Zheng and her husband, Gang Qiang Huang, and her cousin, Eric Lin.
The new owners are continuing to offer a bountiful all you can eat buffet for lunch and dinner. In addition, patrons can order from the menu or order take-out meals and party trays.
