This is the fifth year that Kimi Bennett of Ellaville has collected toys for the children at Egleston Children’s Hospital in Atlanta. Called Kimi’s Blessings, the drive asks for new, unwrapped toys of all kinds that will be taken to the hospital to be given to the children that are patients there over Christmas.
Toys can be taken to a drop-off box at Piggly Wiggly in Ellaville.
“Tasha Hughes of Piggly Wiggly has been a tremendous help to me in this project for several years. I want to thank her especially, and also everyone who has contributed over the past four years and let them know that their generosity is appreciated,” Bennett said.
