Marion County Sheriff Horace Snider said he’s seen a lot of strange things during his 27 years in office, but just when he thinks he’s seen it all, something will surprise him. That happened last Friday morning when someone anonymously left a box that apparently contained human remains on the steps of the Courthouse.
