   The Commission of the Unified Government of Cusseta-Chattahoochee County held a special ceremony on Monday, August 25 to honor the memory of a beloved resident by renaming a building in her honor.
   The Neighborhood Service Center on Broad Street is now officially the Mable Gordon Baker Service Center, in memory of the late local resident who gave so much of herself to help others.
   County Manager Thomas Weaver noted that the late Mrs. Baker spent a lot of time in the building and actually helped launch a number of its programs. He said he was pleased with the commissioners' decision to rename the building and commemorate it with a ceremony and a nice sign that now hangs on the outside of the facility.
