Royal is new Schley County Clerk

From the March 7, 2007 issue
Kathy Royal was recently sworn in as the new Schley County Clerk of Superior Court, marking a local historical event, as she replaces a clerk (Ginger Eubanks) who served in the position for 26 years.
Eubanks recently resigned with a couple of years remaining in her latest four-year term. Royal had been serving as the chief deputy clerk, so she became the new clerk.
Royal previously worked as a clerk in the Schley County Tax Assessors Office and has also been the coordinator of the Ellaville-Schley County Senior Citizens Center in the past.
