SE Mexican Blowout Recipe

* 1 Large can Mexican Hominy (drained)
* 3/4 large chunky salsa
* 1 small can sliced black olives (drained)
* 1 can diced tomatoes and chilies (drained)
* 1 large package shredded Mexican cheese

Mix hominy, salsa, olives, and tomatoes.

Fold in small amount of cheese.

Cover completely with remaining cheese.

Cook 30 minutes at 375° or until salsa bubbles and cheese melts. Serve hot.
