* 1 Large can Mexican Hominy (drained) Mix hominy, salsa, olives, and tomatoes. Fold in small amount of cheese. Cover completely with remaining cheese. Cook 30 minutes at 375° or until salsa bubbles and cheese melts. Serve hot. |
