PEACH LEMONADE |

* 4 cups water In medium saucepan, over high heat, bring water and sugar to a boil; reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until sugar is dissolved, about 2 minutes. In a food processor fitted with a metal blade, combine peach slices and 3/4 cup syrup until smooth. Stir peach puree into the saucepan; Add lemon juice using a fine mesh sieve, strain peach lemonade into a large pitcher; Chill for 1 hour or until ready to serve. |
