A Great Taco Dip that's Quick & Easy
One night last week my male dog barked all through the night. I just thought he had a raccoon or a possum up a tree. When I went out to go to work that morning, my back yard had holes all in it. One hole right by the carport went “all the way to China.” I guess he was after a mole, but that dog made more damage than the mole. But what I want to know is: Why when you put the dirt back in the hole it never fills it up?
This recipe has been around for a while. It’s one everyone loves and easy to fix, especially when you are in a hurry.
Zesty Taco Layered Dip
* 1 cup sour cream
* 1/2 cup mayonnaise
* 1 package taco seasoning
* 2 – 10 1/2 ounce cans of jalapeno bean dip
* 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
* 1 cup fresh tomato, chopped
* 1 – 7 1/4 ounce can sliced black olives
* 8 ounce grated extra sharp cheddar cheese
Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread bean dip on tray. Top with avocado dip, then sour cream mixture. Then tomatoes, onion, cheese and black olives last. Simply put one layer on top of another layer.
