Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Recipe

Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
* 2 – 18 ounce rolls chocolate chip cookie dough
* 3 – 8 ounce packages cream cheese
* 3 eggs
* 3/4 cup sugar
* 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

Spray a 9 x 12 x 2 inch pyrex dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Press one roll of cookie dough on bottom of dish.

Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla and beat until well blended.

Pour cream cheese mixture over cookie dough crust and bake in a 350° oven for 10 to 12 minutes.

Remove from oven and cut remaining roll of cookie dough into ¼ inch rounds and place on top of partially baked cheesecake.

Return to oven and bake 12-15 minutes until lightly browned on top.

Cool and refrigerate until serving time.

Cut into squares.

Keep leftovers in refrigerator. I only use about 1/2 of the second roll of dough.
