* 3 cups water Combine water and sugar in a large pan; bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Set aside. Combine juice and lemonade in blender with bananas and process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Add cream to coconut and rum and blend well. Pour into sugar and water and pour into freezer container and freeze. Remove from freezer an hour or so before serving and add ginger ale. Makes about 4 quarts. |
