BLT Muffins Recipe |

*2 cups all-purpose flour In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and sugar. In another bowl, beat the milk and mayonnaise until smooth.Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in the bacon, tomatoes and parsley. Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 400? for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack. Serve warm. |
