Notice of Public Logic and Accuracy Testing
  Cusseta-Chattahoochee County will be holding a Public Logic and Accuracy Test on its Voting Tabulators in the Gymnasium at the Roscoe Robinson, Sr. Activity Center, 127 Industrial Drive, Cusseta GA. This test will begin Thursday, November 20, 2008 at 10 a.m. and continue until completion. This test is to verify the accuracy of the Voting System prior to the General and Non-Partisan Election Runoff to be held on Tuesday, December 2, 2008.

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Petition for Termination of Parental Rights in regard to said child has been filed in the Juvenile Court of Houston County, Georgia, and that by reason of an Order for Service by Publication entered by the court on the 29th day of October, 2008; YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED AND REQUIRED to appear before the Juvenile Court of Houston County, Georgia in Warner Robins, Georgia on the 7th day of January 2009 at 9:30 a.m. The hearing is for the purpose of determining whether your parental rights to the minor child, W.P.S., should be terminated. The effect of an order terminating parental rights under O.C.G.A. NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER IN SECURITY DEED

Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in the Deed to Secure Debt from Earl E. Kirk to Pentagon Federal Credit Union dated February 10, 2006 and recorded in Deed Book 25, Page 600, in the offices of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Cusseta-Chattahoochee County, Georgia (the “Security Deed”), and pursuant to that certain Order on Motion for Relief from Stay entered February 8, 2008 in Chapter 7 Case No. 07-40791-JTL filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Middle District of Georgia, Columbus Division; the undersigned will sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash before the door of the Courthouse of Cusseta-Chattahoochee County, Georgia, during the legal hours of sale, on the first Tuesday in December, 2008 the following described real property, to wit:

The debt secured by the Security Deed is evidenced by a Note dated February 10, 2006 from Earl E. Kirk to Pentagon Federal Credit Union in the original principal amount of $75,600.00 (the “Note”), plus interest from date on the unpaid balance until paid, and other indebtedness.
Default has occurred and continues under the terms of the Note and Security Deed by reason of, among other possible events of default, the nonpayment when due of the indebtedness evidenced by the Note and secured by the Security Deed and the failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the Note and Security Deed. By reason of this default, the Security Deed has been declared foreclosable according to its terms.
The above-described real property will be sold to the highest and best bidder for cash as the property of Earl E. Kirk, the proceeds to be applied to the payment of said indebtedness, attorneys’ fees, and the lawful expenses of said sale, all as provided in the Note and Security Deed. The sale shall be subject to the following: all outstanding ad valorem taxes and/or assessments, if any; possible redemptive rights of the Internal Revenue Service, if any; and

all prior assessments, easements, restrictions or matters of record.
To the best of the undersigned’s knowledge and belief, the real property is presently owned by Earl E. Kirk.
